Valerian, originally from Asia and Europe, has been traditionally used as a deeply relaxing tonic for mind and body.

A calming warm tea, with strong herbal, sweet notes to be enjoyed just before bed.
Ingredients

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis).
Directions

Serving Size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup. Water temperature: 100 degrees Celsius. Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes.*Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired. *Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
