You need omega-3 essential fatty acids for your body but vegan-friendly sources are hard to find.

Each soft-chew contains:Flaxseed: 200mg Omega3: 100mg Omega6: 19mgOmega9: 20mgNatural Fruit Flavour: Orange, Passionfruit.Also contains: Glucose syrup, Isomaltitol, Pectin (Natural fruit fibre), Vegetable and fruit extracts (flavour), Natural fruit extracts (colour), Citric acid, Sodium citrate, Vegetable Oil, Coconut Oil.
Directions

Adults: Take 2-3 soft-chews daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
