"Looking for extra kidney support in general i purchased this- i dont specifically use daily per say but defiantly helps with fluid retention, this is a great brand too, I've purchased a few things of superfeast and sticking with them, yes its cheaper to get the larger package- i purchased the smaller to get the container then just refil as i need. I've enjoyed a few of their products. i dont mind the taste its almost like licorice sorta - not as strong"

"I have a long term infection and weakened immune system. Since I've been taking this product my immune system has been much stronger. I've even been around many sick people but haven't got anything. I take 1/4 tsp every day either in hot choc, coffee, or mixed with other shrooms in milk and hot water. I woke up one morning feeling like I was getting something so I took it 3 times that day and was fine the next day. I quite like the taste, it has a malty smell. I can't be without it."
