Solgar Rhodiola Root Extract Solgar’s Standardized full potency high quality Rhodiola root including both extract and whole herb to ensure balance and potency of the active ingredients rosavins and salidrosides.   Rhodiolia  has been a well-known potent  adaptogen used to support the body and help normalize functions when life gets stressful. 

Adaptogens are natural plant substances that increase the body's non-specific resistance and normalise the functions of the body.   

Ideal for those with low vitality and stamina, physical and mental fatigue and general stress resistance. Rhodiola has also been shown to support; blood sugar balance, immunity sleep and cardiovascular health, balance moods and mental function.

Directions

Recommended Adult Dosage:Take 1 to 3 capsules daily, preferably at meal time, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
