Solgar Prenatal Nutrients has been made with pregnant women in mind, providing many of the vitamins and minerals needed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Nutritional requirements increase during pregnancy and when a woman is breast-feeding. Good nutrition and lifestyle habits support normal weight gain in a growing fetus and support the progress and outcome of a normal pregnancy. Solgar prenatal nutrients can provide nutritional support for a woman during this time.

Each tablet provides:

Calcium 326 mg (as calcium carbonate, calcium citrate)

Magnesium 113.5 mg (as magnesium oxide,magnesium citrate)

Soya Protein Isolate/Amino Acid Blend 40 mg (L-Glutamic Acid, L-Aspartic Acid, LLeucine, L-Arginine, L-Lysine, LPhenylalanine, L-Serine, L- Proline, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Alanine, Glycine, L-Threonine, L-Tyrosine, LHistidine,L-Cysteine, L-Methionine)

Iron 7 mg (as iron bisglycinate†)

Vitamin C 25 mg (as L-ascorbic acid)

Vitamin E 7.5 IU (as D-alpha-tocopheryl succinate)

Zinc 3.75 mg (as zinc oxide, zinc chelate)

Niacin 5 mg (as niacinamide)

Glycine 5 mg

L-Aspartic Acid 5 mg

Copper 0.5 mg (as copper gluconate, copper chelate)

Pantothenic Acid 2.5 mg(as D-Ca pantothenate)

Inositol 2.5 mg 

Choline 1 mg (as choline bitartrate)

Manganese 0.5 mg  (as manganese chelate,manganese gluconate)

Vitamin A 1,250 IU (as natural beta-carotene)

Vitamin B6 0.625 mg (as pyridoxine HCI)

Carotenoid Mix 2.4 ug (alpha-carotene, lutein,zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin)

Thiamin 0.425 mg (as thiamin mononitrate)
Directions

Take:1 tablet daily preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

  • Warning: Phenylalanine - Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine. 
  • Warning: Selenium - This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
