Pacific Harvest Atlantic Dulse Leaves adds a unique smoky flavour and wonderful crimson colour.
Try with eggs, savoury baking, potatoes, poke bowls and popular in smoothies. This product is organically wild harvested, dried naturally to preserve nutritional properties and tested for contaminants.
The fine white powder which may be evident on this seaweed is glutamine, a naturally occurring amino acid which rises to the surface of a wild harvested seaweed as it dries naturally. This is the source of wonderful umami flavour in wild harvested seaweeds and is not to be confused with mould!
