Description
Nordic Naturals Algae DHA is a vegan source of the omega-3 fatty acid DHA. It is derived from Schizochytrium sp, a sustainably sourced marine microalgae that produces DHA. 

The health benefits of DHA are extensively documented and research shows that it supports brain function, mental focus and clarity, eye health and overall optimal wellness. Plant-based diets may not always supply adequate amounts of DHA, making Algae DHA ideal for vegetarians and vegans.

Each 2 soft gel serve contains:Calories 10gmTotal Fat 1gmTotal Omega-3s 500mgDHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) 500mgAlso contains: Algal oil (marine algae oil (Schizochytrium sp.), high oleic sunflower oil, natural mixed tocopherols), soft gel capsule (modified cornstarch, carrageenan, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water).

No gluten, milk derivatives, or artificial colours or flavours.
Directions

Take: Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist.
