"I bought this for the first aid kit a few weeks ago and we have almost used all the cream already. The cream relieved my back pain quickly the first time I used it. My husband is using it for an injury too. Both of us have used the cream and spray, which seems to work well too. Better value buying as the pack than separately. I feel like it's effective is wearing off over time. . . maybe we are using too much or too frequently? I will buy again when we run out though."
