Description
Nature's Sunshine's B-complex vitamins are yeast free, combined in a unique base of acerola, inositol, lemon bioflavonoids, PABA, rose hips, rutin and wheat germ. This provides nutritive support for nervous, circulatory and immune systems. B-Complex vitamins are essential for the formation of red blood cells, metabolism, nervous system function, to promote normal growth, and metabolism of nutrients and proteins.
These vitamins are easily lost in cooking and refining foods; they can also be washed from the body by coffee, tea, alcohol and heavy perspiration.
