"I have been using this Gelatin Collegen for several years to assist with keeping my bones healthy - it works. I use a large drinking glass, add 2 heaped teaspoons of Gelatin, cover with cold water and let soak for a few minutes to soften and expand, then add boiling water to fill glass and add fruit juice for flavouring."
