"I had been having long-standing trouble with digestion/ leaky gut and this has been incredibly helpful in getting me back to normal. Taken in conjunction with l-glutamine. I started feeling the effects after about 4-5 days. I will keep taking it for general health, although I I have switched to capsules as they are a bit easier to take. This powder tastes much like milk powder but it doesn't dissolve that well."
