"Technically it’s a misleading product as it has the synthetic form of “folic acid”. To be truly “activated” it should have methyl-folate. Bioactive folate is the one that is most important to be activated in this complex, particularly if you have methylation challenges or the MTHFR gene mutation. Good Health needs to do its research."
