GO Healthy Go Creatine Plus is a unique formula designed specifically for women looking to support muscle & nerve health, energy, brain function and mental clarity, focus and mood balance, gut and skin health. Creatine supports energy production for healthy physical and mental performance. Magnesium glycinate, a bioavailable form of magnesium, supports muscle health and calms the nerves. Glutamine provides nutritional support for gut health, and Collagen supports normal healthy skin structure.

Each 14g serve (2 levelled scoops) of oral powder contains: OptiCreatine™ equiv. to Creatine monohydrate 5,000mg
L-Glutamine 2,000mg
Magnesium Glycinate equiv. to elemental Magnesium 125mg
Hydrolysed collagen 1,000mg

Contains: Sucralose, Acidity Regulator, Flavours and Carrier.
Directions

Adults take: 2 scoops (14g serve) mixed with 300ml water. Take daily to support healthy creatine levels. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
