GO Healthy Go Creatine + Magnesium Lemon Lime combines creatine monohydrate with two bioavailable forms of Magnesium to support healthy brain function, healthy muscle function and healthy energy production.

This formula supports mental clarity and focus in times of mental fatigue; and supports normal muscle function and energy levels during exercise.

Ingredients

Each scoop (10.5g serve) of powder contains:
Creatine monohydrate - 5,000mg
Magnesium L-Threonate - 964.010 (equiv. to Magnesium 75mg)
Magnesium Glycinate - 531.915(equiv. to Magnesium 75mg)
Total elemental Magnesium - 150mg/serve

Contains: Sucralose; citric acid; natural lemon and lime flavours; and maltodextrin.
Directions

Adults take: 2 scoops (10.5g serve) mixed with 300ml water. Take daily to support healthy Creatine levels. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
