Dolphin Clinic Cinnamon Pure Essential Oil is useful for relieving tension, steadying nerves, invigorating the senses and boosts awareness. Great support for healthy circulation. Helpful during ills and chills season for assisting the immune system.

Directions

All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10mls of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.

Cold feet? Add 6-8 drops of cinnamon essential oil to a bowl of hot water and soak your feet, or add 5 drops cinnamon to 10mls almond oil and massage feet.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
