Doctors Best Brain Magnesium with Magtein contains magnesium l-threonate in the patented form called Magtein®. Magnesium threonate can readily cross the blood brain barrier and serve as a neurological cofactor for supporting mental focus, mood balance, stress responses and sleep balance, whilst also supporting magnesium levels in the entire body.
According to animal research, Magtein® has been shown to support healthy magnesium levels in the brain, in contrast to other magnesium compounds. Of six magnesium compounds studied, researchers found that magnesium-L-threonate was the superior compound able to support mental health and focus.

"It worked to improve my poor sleep patterns on the first full day I took it. That was Nov 2021 and it is still constantly helping me to sleep well. Also it has helped me very well cognitively. I am in my late 70's and have autoimmune diseases which hit me frequently causing things such as brain fog and confusion.
