Directions

Adults: Take 5g (approximately 1 heaped teaspoon) daily.

Children 6 to 12 years: Take 1/2 level teaspoonful daily.

Children 12 months to 5 years: Take ¼ teaspoon twice daily.

Mix with fluid or sprinkle on food. Take regularly for best results.
Precautions
  • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: This product contains vitamin A, at a daily dose that is considered to be at a suitable level for pregnant women. A woman needs a different balance of nutrients during this time so If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your health professional before taking this or any other supplement.
  • This product contains Chromium. People with diagnosed diabetes should check with their doctor as blood sugar levels could be altered when using this product.
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.  A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
