Description
Amazing You Magnesium Sleep Lotion is a number one best seller.
By combining magnesium with lavender and chamomile, Amazing You have formulated a luxurious pre-sleep experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after a peaceful night's sleep.
Watering down the product for the first week (e.g. applying after a shower) or using over a light moisturiser can greatly help. If you're trying magnesium oil for the first time, Amazing You would recommend Magnesium Sensitive Spray.

It is a great addition to a sleep routine
"Grandparents purchased for our child, who struggles to fall asleep. Has lasted over 7 months, only need to use a little bit each night. I have used it myself and find that it does work. Great product and purchasing it now our bottle is running low."
