10-min avocado, chocolate mousse

Your healthy sweet treat this way. While avocados are more commonly enjoyed in savoury dishes, they’re also a delicious addition to desserts too. This healthy fat adds a creamy, velvety smooth texture to this mousse – and is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.


Ingredients:


    Method:

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until super smooth and creamy.
    2. Spoon into small ramekins and place into the fridge for an hour to chill.
    3. Serve with fresh seasonal fruit.
