Description

Weleda Nursing Tea is a herbal tea mixture, naturally caffeine free with fennel and refreshing lemon verbena. Supports a harmonious nursing relationship for breastfeeding mums.

Every time you breastfeed you give your child love, warmth and security. Soothing Weleda Nursing Tea was developed especially for the breastfeeding period. The mild recipe exclusively contains organic ingredients – after all your baby is drinking it through the breastmilk.

Three cups a day will help to keep your fluids balanced, thus supporting the natural milk production. The carefully selected fruits of aniseed, caraway, fennel and fenugreek as well as lemon verbena give this tea its pleasantly mild and refreshing flavour. For relaxed breastfeeding with your baby.

The high-grade Weleda Nursing Tea is packed in an aroma-protective sachet to retain the valuable essential oils.

Directions

Weleda recommend three cups a day throughout the whole nursing period. 

Use one tea bag per cup and pour on freshly boiled water (approx 200 ml), leave to brew for 5 minutes, to allow the extracts to release their full flavour and potential.
Precautions
  • Do not use if you are allergic to anise, anethole, plants of the Apiaceae (Carrot) family or any of the ingredients in this tea.
  • If you have celery allergy, experience acute abdominal pain, have diabetes or are undergoing hormonal therapy, consult a health professional before use.
  • Use with caution in individuals with kidney and heart disease.
  • If you experience a skin rash, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
  • This product is intended for lactating women, and should not be used during pregnancy without consulting with your healthcare provider.
