"I've been buying this cream since my 13 year old was a baby and it did wonders for healing and protecting her from nappy rash. I gave some as a gift to my niece for her baby and she came up with the idea to put on pimples as they started to appear, which calms them right down and stops them from getting worse. Also now use for any rashs anywhere."
