"Taking this supplement made both my daughter and I dizzy. It resolved on stopping taking it. We assume this is related to side effects of some of the whole plant extracts. So safer to take something that only contains iron. In terms of adding iron to diet, this did nothing compared with our regular vegan diet, so was a waste of money."
"I am constantly low in iron but struggle to take the iron tablets as they make me feel sick if I get the food in stomach ratio wrong. This powder is a nice alternative - like that it includes Vit C plus the extras like cranberry for antioxidant and urinary health. I throw a spoon into my smoothie. Not sure whether I am feeling any different but feel good know I am getting a daily hit of iron. Pop it into kids smoothies too and disguise with honey. The taste is not off putting but my kids are super detectives at sniffing out anything extra I am trying to slip into their food!"
