SRW NRV2 - Calm: Your nervous system consists of two parts – the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. The former gets you ready to respond to a perceived threat (fight or flight response), while the later allows you to enter a state of rest and relaxation. It is important to maintain a healthy balance of these systems to support your mental health and overall well-being.

Experiencing stress is increasingly common in our fast-paced lives, overthinking or chronic stress can result in an overactive sympathetic nervous system. The body’s ability to cope with stress and to unwind is important for our health and wellbeing. NRV2 - Calm supports the body’s natural response to stress. 

The formulation supports the body to enter ‘rest and digest’ mode which is related to relaxation, calm and sleep.

PhytoCann BP™ Black pepper extract 50mgMaizinol™ Zea mays extract 250mgSensoril™ Ashwagandha extract 125mgL-theanine 50mgVitamin B3 16mg

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Vege capsules.

Adults: Take 2 capsules before bedtime.
