Each 3 tablet serve contains:Magnesium (as oxide) 400mgVitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 25mg*Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide Crosslinked Cellulose Gum 1786 Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), carnauba wax

Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
