Solgar Vegetarian CoQ-10 120mg  veggie capsule provides naturally fermented 120mg Coenzyme Q-10 (KanekaQ10®) (as ubiquinone).   

CoQ-10 levels can decrease and may be affected by age, exercise, some medication and environmental stressors. 

CoQ-10, a clinically studied ingredient, supports heart function and healthy aging. It plays a key role in energy production in every cell; in the process, it collectively contributes to the body’s total energy levels. 

CoQ-10 also functions as an antioxidant and supports with protecting cells from free radical damage. Additionally, it helps support heart, brain health,  stamina and may help recovery time after exercise.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Directions

Adults:  As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 vegetable capsule up to two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
