Each capsule contains

Cod Liver oil: 275mgFortified oil equiv. to:Vitamin A: 600mcg (2000 IU)Vitamin D3: 5mcg (200 IU)Encapsulating aids.

Contains fish and corn.

No added: Yeast, gluten, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners, preservatives, dairy or wheat.
Directions

Adults: 1 to 2 capsules daily, with food.
Precautions
  • Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Store below 25°C with lid tightly closed.
