"We recently (Sept) completed the Nature's Sunshine CleanStart 14–Day program. Options: 2–3 colontherapy treatments (or) 14–Day Cleanse program. We chose the latter. Result: though it's a 14 day, x2 daily commitment, this protocol works. Gentle on our bodies, non invasive and 100% effective, we have been thoroughly flushed out, spring cleaned and rejuvenated. And intend to repeat this program next year. Pre–packed, its an easy and pleasant cleanse. I've recommended it to my senior mother who claims she's feeling dull and swollen with medications. Additional advice: stay close to a bathroom throughout! Be aware, it's a bit pricey."
