A diet deficient in calcium can contribute to bone fragility in later life. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, and Vitamin K2 directs calcium to the bones to support normal bone mineralisation.

Ingredients

Each vege capsule contains:
Marine Calcium 312mg equiv. Magnesium 7mg
equiv. Calcium 100mg
Vitamin K2 MK7 90mcg
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000 IU) 25mcg

Directions

Directions: Adults take 1 vege capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Precautions
  • No added gluten, dairy, egg or soy.
  • Take only as directed and in conjunction with a balanced diet.
  • Contains Vitamin K.
  • Not recommended for use if on warfarin therapy.
  • If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
  • Do not use if seal around cap is removed.
  • Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
