Little Bird Organics Activated Granola - Bountiful Berry & Macadamia has wonderfully moreish activated organic buckwheat, macadamia and sunflower seeds that provide a nutritionally packed base. Little Bird Organics add a bounty of delicious freeze-dried berries and fruits rich in vitamin C and vitamin E.

What does ‘activated’ mean? Activating is nature’s mini miracle - starting the germination cycle in nuts and seeds enhances nutrient bioavailability (you get more bang for your buck). Activating helps break down phytic acid and tannins which can inhibit the absorption and bioavailability of minerals and nutrients often lacking in plant-based diets — like iron and B vitamins. Clever huh?

Directions

To use: Little Bird Organics Activated Granola is packed with nutrition so a little goes a long way. Start small, you can always have a second, (or third) bowl. We suggest a serving size of 50g. Best served with your favourite nut milk, or any other that you enjoy. You can also eat it like a trail mix, anytime you need a superfood vitamin C boost.
