"I have purchased this product many times. This is the highest dose, lowest cost per mg listing for R-ALA I have been able to find in NZ. As S-ALA is much less bioavailable than R-ALA, this product is much more effective than regular ALA. I use it primarily to combat periods of elevated oxidative stress, and find it quite substantially improves mental clarity and cognitive energy levels for about 2 - 3 hours. Definitely felt it made the difference in several key exams."
