Really helps with bowels
"I take 4 capsules a day and it has really firmed things up for me bowel-wise. Due to an autoimmune condition I cannot eat plant fibre. Most people would think that would make you constipated but fibre never agreed with me and I had many years of constipation dominant IBS before I got a systemic autoimmune disease. With no plant fibre things tend to go straight through me - at least they did until I started this amazing probiotic. I need 4 pills a day to get the right effect so it is expensive but very worth it. I even love the taste of it (I empty the capsules into my mouth since vege caps don't agree with my stomach). Since I can't eat bread the yeasty taste of these is quite lovely :)"

Good for chronic loose stools
"My son has IBS and despite intensive dietary interventions, still suffers with frequent loose stools. This probiotic works well to firm things up. I just wish the effect lasted longer, as when he stops taking it the problem returns."
