Description
Hemp Farm NZ Grown Hemp Seed Oil is delicious, nutritious, and grown from an extremely sustainable plant. Hemp seed oil can be used in smoothies or salad dressings. Hemp seed oil contains two essential fatty acids: omega 6 and omega 3, “essential” because our bodies cannot make them and so we need to get these from our diet.
Unlike other sources of omega essential fatty acids, hemp seed oil provides the ideal balance of omega-6 to omega-3 in a 3:1 ratio for optimal absorption which works to boost metabolism, support immunity and promote heart health.
Ready for a healthy boost? Expect a buttery, herbaceous and nutty flavored oil which contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil.

I take a tablespoon every
"I take a tablespoon every morning and give the dog a teaspoon."
Tastes awful
"I was very disappointed with this hemp oil. I’ve used other brands of hemp oil that taste fine, and as someone with arthritis I’m keen to include hemp oil in my diet, but this brand of hemp oil tasted awful. It seemed like it was stale. It ruined the flavour of the dishes I used it in. I’ve got almost the whole bottle left and wonder if I should just throw it out."
Essential Oil
"I find this product has greatly helped my mobility. I really noticed how stiff I was the day I missed it when on holiday."

An excellent oil at a competitive price
"I purchase this oil regularly and love using it in cooking. I also add it to my dog's food daily and have done since he was a puppy. His coat is so soft and shiny. The pricing is very reasonable for such a quality product. The service and delivery time is excellent everytime."
