Harmony U-Dream is a natural multi-herb formula traditionally used in Western and European herbal practice to support sleep and restlessness. 

This formula combines hops, ziziphus, sour cherry and magnesium citrate to provide comprehensive sleep support. Hops have been traditionally valued for their calming properties, while ziziphus is used in herbal practice to promote restful sleep. Sour cherry contributes natural compounds associated with sleep quality, and magnesium citrate supports relaxation and healthy sleep patterns. Together, these ingredients work synergistically to address multiple aspects of sleep wellness.

Directions

Take: One tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
