Each vege capsule contains:

Total Elemental Magnesium – 100mg

- Magnesium (from Marine Magnesium)  50mg

- Magnesium (from Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate) 25mg

- Magnesium (from Magnesium Citrate) 25mg

Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5mg (from Hydrochloride)

Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:

California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) Whole Plant – 600mg

Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnate) Herb and Flower – 300mg

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root – 200mg

No flavours, sweeteners or preservatives used in this product. No added gluten, egg, soy, dairy, yeast or wheat.

Adults: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bed or as professionally advised.
