"While I generally prefer to have food as supplements where possible, contamination issues with turmeric make me more comfortable taking a product that is screened for heavy metals, as this one is. As I sat down to write this review I wasn't sure if I'd noticed any changes but realized my knee, which has given me a few issues over the years, hasn't had a single niggle since I started taking this! Be aware that the capsule size is quite large so if you have issues swallowing large tablets, this might be an issue for you."
