In general, we recommend most people should avoid taking >50mg total supplemental B6 per day on an ongoing basis unless under the advice of a qualified health professional.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 vege capsule daily.

We offer free Parcel Post delivery to Australia on all orders over $89 AUD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $9 AUD, with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days.
