"The product itself is excellent. ✅️ However the size of the capsule is too big for a safety swallow. I tried cutting the end of the capsule to add to liquid but there is always wastage. I have had to switch to a different brand and smaller capsule, foregoing the turmeric."

When ever I take Turmeric (CURCUMA) I always had strong constipation and stomach pains, this is why I gave 3 stars. I would rather suggest you removed the TURMERIC and replaced it with another products. ! Sammy H"
