Description

Dolphin Clinic Peppermint Pure Essential Oil is useful for study and focus, healthy mood balance, and for travelling by plane, car or sea. Supportive for strong digestion.
Ingredients

Botanical Name: Mentha piperita
Plant Part: Leaves, Stems and Flowers
Extraction Method: Steam Distilled
Country of Origin: India
Directions

For immune support: 2 drops peppermint, 2 drops lemon, 2 drops lavender. Use in a diffuser or vaporiser, or add to a bowl of hot steaming water. All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use -not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Avoid peppermint oil during pregnancy.
