Description

Dolphin Clinic Ginger Pure Essential Oil is useful for easing tight muscles and offering support to joints. Traditionally used to support feeling queasy when pregnant, travelling, or after a big meal. Excellent circulation support and famous for use during ills and chills season.

Directions

If you're feeling queasy after a big meal, combine 2 drops ginger, 2 drops grapefruit and 1 drop fennel. Diffuse or place this blend onto a tissue to inhale when needed. 

All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.
Precautions
  • Never ingest essential oils.
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Can irritate the skin, dilute well and do not apply to broken skin.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
