Description

Clinicians Women's Hormone Support is a unique formulation containing high levels of DIM (Di-indolylmethane), a substance found in cruciferous vegetables that supports the liver to maintain normal oestrogen levels. This helps to support premenstrual health and smooth menstrual cycles.

DIM helps produce desirable forms of oestrogen and supports healthy levels of less desirable oestrogen. It is suitable for long-term use.

Oestrogens are important for maintaining health and the ageing process. An incorrect balance of oestrogen or its conversion to other forms can negatively impact on your health. Di-indolylmethane (DIM) naturally supports healthy oestrogen balance. DIM is a molecule that has been studied for 25 years.

To get the best out of this supplement, make sure you drink plenty of water and include lots of fiber in your diet (fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, and wholegrains), to support healthy detoxification.

If you haven’t taken DIM before, you may like to start by taking 1 capsule daily for the first week, then increase to the full dose of 2 capsules daily, this will help give your body time to adjust gradually.
Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:

Di-indolylmethane 100mg

Also contains: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.
Directions

Adult: 1 capsule twice daily or as directed.
