A tasty blend of wholegrain oats, oat bran and hemp seeds make this creamy dairy free porridge a source of plant-based protein and fibre.

*With 1 billion CFU per cup of GanedenBC30 probiotics to boost digestive health. Enjoy as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

Directions

To consume: Remove lid and add boiling water to fill line (about 130ml). Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.
