Great for anxiety!
"I had read that selenium was good for hashimoto\'s sufferers anxiety symptoms so I purchased a selenium liquid that could be taken by the spoon which was ok but didn\'t like the taste. I then purchased the biotrace elemental selenium and think this is a great product as I can just pop the drops into water, no taste and its done. And unbelievable results, my anxiety and palpitations have all but gone!!! Highly recommend to anyone who experiences a bit of nervousness/anxiety. I believe NZ soils are short on this trace mineral so we should all be supplementing with this I think."
