"This Slippery Elm is great. After developing leaky gut, from a parasite when overseas, this has eased my symptoms and allowed me to eat with minimal gut issues. Plus it is recommended to help the gut to heal when taken for a few months. I use this powder in water in a shaker at home, but use the tablets with a full glass of water when I eat out. Always take a minimum of 30 minutes before food, no longer than 60 minutes before eating. Both have helped to keep my food reactions/sensitivies to a minimum. So greatful."
