Description

Absolute Essential Mint Wild is an extremely cooling and fresh plant distillation that supports comfort and recovery. 

Great to use after injuries.
Ingredients

100% pure Mentha arvensis.
Directions

Massage Injuries Adults use: 5 drops to 1/4 tsp Arnica.Muscle Tension Adults use: 2 drops on temples or rub on back/neck for muscle tension.Topically with Children: Halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).Vaporiser or Diffuser: Use: 4-8 drops.All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).

 
Precautions
  • Never use them undiluted on your skin.
  • Not for use on broken skin.
  • If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
  • Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). 
  • If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).
  • Avoid continual repetitive use - not more than 4-5 days in any week, unless in severe circumstances or under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
  • Can irritate the skin. 
  • Dilute well.
  • Avoid during pregnancy.
